Watt Rum Barbados Foursquare 2007 14Y 15th Anniversary 57.1% 70cl

This Rum Single Cask is one in collaboration with Watt Whisky and selected by and bottled for the 15th Anniversary of the Nectar. Originating in Barbados, the rum was made from molasses and distilled at the Foursquare Distillery in both a Column and Pot Still.

The 2007 rum had a total maturation of 14 years. 11 years of aging took place in Barbados in 'Once used Bourbon' barrels, before coming to Europe in early 2019 to age here for 3 additional years in various 'Once used Bourbon' barrels.

The full flavor profile of this rum includes notes of melted chocolate, walnuts and orange bitterness.
