Folle Blanche is a French white grape variety from which cognac is made. The high acidity of this grape is reflected in distillates by its delicate, perfumed aromas. This whiskey matured first in Bourbon and Anchor barrels, followed by a lengthy three-year finish in cognac barrels. These release full-bodied notes of wood and vanilla during aging. On the nose, you will recognize surprising floral and fruity notes, rounded out with a finale of honey and leather.
