Bajan is the Creole language spoken on the Caribbean island of Barbados, known for sun-drenched beaches, vast sugarcane plantations and rum production. Based on their distinct flavor profile, we selected 2 different types of rum barrels for this edition. A maturation of more than 5 years in the oldest barrels provides full-bodied, smooth notes of raisins and honey. The younger rum barrels from Barbados were blended with these and bring a refreshing mix of spicy notes. This results in a beautifully balanced whiskey with a distinctly soft taste, rounded off with a surprising tropical touch.
