Our parcel rum comes from the northern part of the Poisson property, protected by the topography which benefits from good sunshine and ventilation.

The mauve cane of this parcel is cut by hand. After distillation in our creole copper columns, we obtain a rum with preserved aromas. Notes of precious aromatic complexity reveal scents of vanilla, passion, mango and lemon. A magical experience.
