La Favorite 2012 9Y 49.3° 70cl

For this new cuvee, La Favorite selected from its best oak barrels the rums distilled in 2012 to elaborate this vintage aged rum 2012. This blend of ex-Bourbon barrels was bottled in August 2021. The nose is both fruity and empyreumatic. Toasted notes mingle with white fruits. Upon opening, notes of almond and ripe banana emerge. On the palate, the attack is frank and voracious. Cooked fruit is sprinkled with sweet spice. Tobacco notes transition into toasted bread aromas.
