100% macerated and distilled from organic grains with organic herbs.

In a real copper distillery we create this unique bio pastis, which connoisseurs have placed under the heading of Grand Cru. The pastis is the result of our search for the perfect balance between maceration and distillation of herbs. Aniseed and fennel seeds, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, star anise, cardamon, black pepper... much more than just aniseed. And this is what the jury of the World Trophy 2021 also thought by rewarding us with a gold medal.

As an organic certified and artisanal distillery we do not use 'natural' aromas, this pastis is the result of real distillation of real organic herbs. We also do not use anethole, the anise oil that often gives pastis a sour taste. We distill our star anise, cardamom and black pepper to obtain a strong but soft pastis. By not using anethole, it also does not turn "milky" when you add water to it. Proof that we do not use anethole because an oil dissolves in alcohol but not in water.

Taste it pure or with ice cold water and enjoy the complexity of the refined herbs and the beautiful aromas. But beware, our pastis does consist of 48% alcohol.
