The Small Batch Recioto Wine Cask at 46% is the latest in Teeling's Sommelier Selection series (of which the Sauternes, Margaux and Amarone were previously released).

Recioto is a sweet red wine with an intense flavor profile, originating from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy.

The whiskey is again based on the standard Teeling Small Batch, but received an additional 16 months of aging in hand-selected Recioto wine barrels. This limited edition combines the fruity notes (cranberries, plums, cherries) of the Recioto barrels with the rather floral-fruity notes of Teeling Small Batch. A very exceptional profile!
