The specific botanicals pepperoni, spanish and pink pepper give this MATERIA FIRE GIN the fiery from its name. The 20 specially selected botanicals make this gin a very powerful drink and deliciously spicy.

Materia Fire Pink Pepper GT

5 cl Materia Fire gin

10 cl Schweppes Premium Mixer Pink Pepper

Pour the Materia Fire Gin into a Materia glass filled with ice cubes. Gently top up with the tonic (possibly with a twisted cocktail spoon).

Garnish with a slice of lime and/or a piece of lime zest!

This Gin-Tonic contains approximately 13.33 Vol % alcohol if reusable ice cubes are used, plain ice will dilute the Gin-Tonic as more ice melts before the glass is emptied.

Sicilian Fire GT

5 cl Materia Gin Fire

10 cl Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic

In a Materia glass filled with ice, pour the Materia Fire Gin and gently top up with the tonic. (Possibly along a twisted cocktail spoon)

Garnish with a nice curl of lemon zest or half a slice of lemon .

This cocktail contains approximately 13.33 Vol % alcohol if reusable ice cubes are used, plain ice will dilute the cocktail as more ice melts before the glass is emptied.

Bitter Fire GT

5 cl Materia-Fire Gin

2.5 cl Campari

10 cl Indian Tonic

In a Materia glass filled with ice, pour the Campari and the Materia Fire Gin and gently top up with the tonic. (Possibly along a twisted cocktail spoon)

Garnish with a nice curl of lime zest or half a slice of lime.

This cocktail contains approximately 15.00 Vol % alcohol if reusable ice cubes are used, plain ice will dilute the cocktail as more ice melts before the glass is emptied.

Fiery Dessert

5 cl Materia-Fire Gin

5 cl Whipped cream half-whipped

1 egg white beaten with sugar

A good dash of chocolate sauce to taste

2 pinches of chili powder

Serve in a Materia glass.

Whip the cream half stiff - Whip the egg white with sugar to taste.

Stir the gin and whipped cream together, gently mix in the egg whites.

Spray the chocolate in a spiral on top of the mixture. Sprinkle the chili powder in the middle.

Serve with a spoon.

This dessert contains about 13.00 Vol % depending on the amount of egg whites.
