Hyde n°4 6y s.malt rum 46% 70cl

Hyde N° 4 is an Irish single grain whisky. Distilled three times in the Irish style in a traditional Coffey Still manner from pure corn and barley grains from one distillery. This whiskey, which is never blended, matures for over 6 years in small, new Kentucky bourbon barrels. Nose: Cinnamon, clove and juicy sweet caramel aromas. Complex and spicy with sweet notes of American Bourbon. Flavour: Robust and spicy with a hint of black pepper followed by hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Finish: Long, ending with a silky combination of oak and barley.
