Calvados Drouin aimed for collaborations with spirits from the 4 corners of the world. With Tequila Calle 23 it's Mexico's turn, and that's thanks to Alex Mermillod, current Drouin export manager and brand developer and -not coincidentally- in a previous life agave specialist at heart.

Drouin Calle 23 Angels is an assemblage of 2 tequila barrels, 1 first fill barrel with a finish time of 13 months was blended with a second fill barrel with a finish time of 4 months. With this limited bottling at 48.8%, expect a big profile with walnut, olives, truffle evolving into white chocolate and stewed apples to finish over grilled almonds.

This bottling is highly limited (only 1050 bottles worldwide)
