Joy Spence, the iconic Master Blender of Jamaica's Appleton Distillery, worked with Luca Gargano, the renowned Mr. Velier, on the Hearts Collection. For this extraordinary 37 year old version, they chose 9 barrels of pot still rums aged entirely in the tropics. Thus, this rum produced from molasses simply offers us a moment of history. This very rare rum is limited to 1800 bottles.
